Lili Spencer

Lili Spencer, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend went home to her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the age of 67. Lili was born August 14, 1956 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she resided for most of her life. She retired from the State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development after 32 years of service as Budget Administrator. She enjoyed all aspects of world history, growing plants and flowers, exploring antiques, and taking trips to the beach. But, her most favorite pastime was spending time with her family and friends. Lili was known for her kind and gentle spirit by all who knew her. Lili is survived by a son, Richard Mark Spencer Jr., a daughter, Kelly Lyn Spencer, grandchildren, Macee Delynne Spencer, Makayla Spencer Roberts and husband Austin, Sydney Grace Fields, and Alexis Maggio, sisters and brothers in-law, Carol and Kerry Kling and Wanda and Donald Ward, and numerous nieces and nephews who dearly love her. Lili was preceded in death by her mother, Inez Louise Passman. Pallbearers will be Ben Kling, Michael Kling, Brandon Brown, Austin Roberts, Donald Ward, and Todd Comeaux. Honorary pallbearers are Kerry Kling, Tyler Swick, Mason Brown, Collin Brown, Colton Kling, and Everett Kling. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 25, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery.
