
Lillian Flechas Lynch, 94, passed away Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011, at Ollie Steele Burden Manor. She was a homemaker, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Pascagoula, Miss. She is survived by three sons and their spouses, Ronald and Susan Lynch, Francis and Debbie Lynch, and Rick and Karene Lynch; two daughters and their spouses, Janet and Gordon Payne, and Juanita and Kevin Bordelon; a twin sister, Louise Davy; 11 grandchildren, Scott and David Lynch, John and Robert Anderson, Laurie Lynch Moran, Bradley and Lisa Lynch, Hali, Nathan, Ian and Andre Bordelon; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard J. Lynch Sr.; daughter and spouse, Carolyn and Don Anderson; parents, Miguel and Louise Flechas; four sisters, Condalaura Browne, Anias Penola, Victoria Beech and Mary Sheridan; and three brothers, Ferdie F. Flechas, Miguel Martin Flechas II and Alfred Flechas. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Friday, Feb. 18, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Saturday starting at 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. She was co-coordinator of the OLOM Prayer Line, OLOM Bereavement Committee, a Catholic Daughter and a member of Goodwood Homesites Rosary Group.
