

Lois Marie Brassette Davis, a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and loved by all who knew her, she enjoyed bowling and fishing. Lois was a resident of Baton Rouge, and a native of Cottonport, LA. She passed away Saturday May 24, 2014 at her residence. Lois is survived by her husband Lee Roy Davis of 65 years, two daughters Linda and husband Steven Nettles, and Tiffany Fontenot, two sons Lee and wife Rhonda Davis, and Rickey Davis and Linda Fernandez, grand children Jonathan Broussard, Joshua Broussard and fiancee' Alexis Morgan, Wendy and Dustan Milam, Dana and Joey Ware, Nicole Bailey, Rickey and Donna Davis, Elizabeth Davis, and Tyler and Claire Fontenot, great-grandchildren Jaden Morgan, Joseph Bailey, Madisan and Alaina Milam, and Cullen Ware, sister-in-law Betty Davis Babin and husband Lionel "Boogie" Babin. Lois was preceded in death by her parents Allen and Sybil Brassette, her sister Lucille Brassette, and brother Ronald Brassette. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Monday May 26, 2014 from 5pm till 9pm. Visitation continues at St. Isidore Catholic Church on Tuesday May 27, 2014 from 9am till Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jonathan and Joshua Broussard, Tyler Fontenot, Dustan Milam, Joey Ware, and W.R. Scooter Davis.
