Zachary, Mary Clair (Wheat)A homemaker and resident of Baton Rouge, Mary Clair Wheat Zachary died at 4:10 pm on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Old Jefferson Community Care Center. She was 101 and a native of Gloster, MS. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East Chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Friday, June 25, 2015 from 9 am until religious services at 11 am conducted by her grandson, Bro. Jason Ray. Burialwill follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia M. Zachary Wilson and Mary K. Zachary Ray; son, John B. Zachary, Sr.; nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Mary Clair was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry Zachary and Charles Addis Zachary; son, Richard H. Zachary; and son-in-law, Edmund B. Wilson. She was a graduate of Baton Rouge High School and was a member of Harrell's Ferry Road Baptist Church, Order of Eastern Star and Salvation Army Auxillary.
