He passed peacefully surrounded by his children and grandchildren at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice. Paul was a US Marine Corp Veteran and retiree of the Baton
Rouge City Police Force, being a member of the first class to graduate the academy. After retiring he did carpentry work throughout the area.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Kathleen Lively Bozeman; one son, Paol Bozemann; his parents, Harry Aldrich Sr. and Annie Lee Walker Bozeman; seven brothers, Harry Jr., Joseph, Justin, Ronald, Francis Eugene, Larry Lee and Darryl Bozeman; five sisters, Kathryn Kohler, Beverly Babin, Florence Dixon, Marian Arnold and Patsy Lanier.
He is survived by his children: Rory (Frankie) Bozeman, Penny Sylvest, Rondon (Pennie) Bozeman, and Sally (Chad) Brooks; 14 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15th, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Rabenhorst East Funeral Home, 11000 Florida Blvd, and will resume on Friday, December 16th from 10:00 am until Religious Services at 12:00 noon, conducted by his grandson Cori Sylvest. Graveside military services and burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be: Cori Sylvest, Derrick Bozeman, Cody Naquin, Kyle Turner, Johnathan Courville and Casey Poole. Honorary Pallbearers are Joe Lively and Red Jones.
