Philip "Trey" George Phistry III

Philip George Phistry III “Trey”, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, was born on August 31, 1973, and passed away on January 20, 2022, at age 48. Trey was a graduate of Redemptorist High School, a huge fan of LSU and Saints Football, and loved going to the Cruisin the Coast event in Mississippi. He is survived by his parents, Phil and Ann Phistry of Baton Rouge; sister, Gina Smiley (Terry); brother, Ryan Phistry (Angel); nephews, Justin Smiley (Carlee), Austin Smiley, Sammy Smiley, and Blake Phistry; and niece, Breanna Phistry. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Philip “Phil” and Olivia Phistry; maternal grandparents, William “Bill” and Marguarite Colligan; and two great aunts dear to his heart, Josephine Polozola and Virginia “Gee” Fresina. Visitation for Trey will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (14040 Greenwell Springs Rd) on Thursday, January 27, at 9:30 am until mass of Christian burial at 11, conducted by Father Mike Moroney. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park (4045 North Street). Pallbearers will be Ryan Phistry, Blake Phistry, Terry Smiley, Justin Smiley, Austin Smiley, Sammy Smiley, and George Patin.
