Rita Bueche Doiron Freneaux, a native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Central, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022 at her home. She was 89 and was a graduate of Istrouma High School, class of 1951. She was a member of Blackwater United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years and the father of their son, Gerald F. Doiron; her parents, Amedie and Martha Bueche; brothers: Amedie Bueche, Jr. and Willie Bueche; sisters: Agnes Cavalier and Mildred Badeaux; and stepson, Scott Freneaux. She is survived by her husband since 1998, Charles R. Freneaux of Central; a son, Gary Frances Doiron and his wife Lynne of Central; grandchildren: Danya Cattano and husband Todd, Chad Doiron and wife Kim, and Blaine Doiron and wife Heather; 7 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Betty Major and Ida Barnett. She is also survived by her step-daughter-in-law, Noi Freneaux; and stepsons: Dave Freneaux and wife Mia, Todd Freneaux and wife Dorothy, and Cris Freneaux and partner Belle; 11 step-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Blackwater United Methodist Church, 10000 Blackwater Rd, form 9am until service at 11am, conducted by Rev. Angela Roberson. Burial will be on Monday morning at 11:30am at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Chad, Blaine, and Gary Doiron, Dave Freneaux, Billy Ty Foster, and Blade Foster.
