A resident of Baton Rouge and a General Electric engineering technician, he died at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2009, at The Carpenter House. He was 26, a native of New Orleans, and a U.S. Navy veteran. Visiting at Bethany World Prayer Center North Prayer Chapel on Thursday, Aug. 13, from 12:30 p.m. until religious services at 1:30 p.m., conducted by Troy Constanza, pastor. Graveside services with military honors will be at Port Hudson National Cemetery at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14. He is survived by his fiancée, Candice Roman; his mother, Renelle Hebert; his father, Ho Van Cao; a sister, Shaneka Hebert Rose; and a host of cousins and friends.
