Ashleigh, sorry to hear about your dad. He was a great man, I remember him being a hoot at our slumber parties.

This is Fletcher Hart. Bobby & I were best friends & inseparable during our teen years.  I remember Bobby being in my wedding & being the first friend whom I invited mynew bride to cook dinner for him.  He upset her wth something he said & ended up wearing a collendar full f spaghetti!!  He had shoulder length hair made of spaghetti!!!  Even though we ended up going our separate ways, I still rememberFletcher the fun times we had.  Good luck to you all.

I know the sadness of losing a loved one but on reading Bob's obituary and viewing the photos, I can feel that his and his family's life was full and blessed.  My memories of "Bobby" go way back -- I was friends with his sister, Patsy, and lived just down the street, Fairfields.  We attended Fairfields  Baptist Church.  I  have been away from the area for many, many years but have good memories.

Just a footnote to what Fred has said, Bob was such a special person.  I remember when we first met, I could not remember if his name was Jim or Bob, so I called him Jim-Bob.  Well not to be outdone, he came up with a name for me.  I can still hear him calling me Bertha Jane.  He will always have a special place in my heart.  Lovingly, Charlotte Dunlap

As I looked through the pictures of Bobby and all of his family that he loved so much, the memories of the last 48 years flooded through my mind.  The Langleys and the Moores are intertwined in so many ways, through our church friendship, our children and our mission trips together.  Bobby loved his wife, children and grandchildren deeply and I know you will miss him very much.  I can only imagine what he is seeing right now!  God bless you, Barbara, Kim, Marla and Ashleigh, and all of your spouses and children.  You will see him again!

For over 20+ years we have been a part of this loving family through marriage, but more importantly through love and respect.  Bob has always been the cornerstone that built his family through faith and commitment.  His daughters are strong and his legacy will live on through them and their children.  We will miss you Bob, but rejoice knowing that one day we will meet again.

My deepest condolences to the entire Moore family, and extended family, at this sad time. Be comforted in knowing that Bob's Mission here is complete. It is time for him to prepare for Gods blessings for a job well done.

Mr Bob was very special to me. Not only was he my Sunday School teacher, he was my friend. He helped me through a difficult time in my life and I thank the LORD for allowing me to have a friend like Mr Bob.
