A telecommunications technician with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, he died at 10 a.m.Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006, at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 52 years of age and a native of Bogalusa. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 9 a.m.until religious service in the chapel at 11 a.m.He is survived by his wife, Katrina Bouquet Amacker; mother, Elvia Ixl Amacker; sons, Timothy Christian Amacker and Corey Blake Amacker; stepson, Randy Joseph Bouquet; sister, Cheryl Amacker Murdock; grandson, Logan Nathaniel Vance; and niece, Laurel BreAnne Murdock. Preceded in death by his father, Willis B. Amacker. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate ofBogalusaHigh SchoolandSullivanVo-TechSchooland was an avid LSU sports fan.
