Ruby Lucille Owen a native of Lottie and resident of Central, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019 the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her husband Oadis W. Owen. She is survived by her children, Craig and Starr Owen and Cheryl and Stephen Norder. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, April 29, 2019 from 5pm until a memorial service begins at 7pm.
