A homemaker and native of New York City, Sandra died at 8:10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2011, at her residence in Baton Rouge. She was 69. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Wednesday, Sep. 28, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Graveside service will be held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Clearwater, Fla., under the direction of R. Lee Williams&Son Funeral Home, St. Petersburg, Fla. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Rios and partner Carol Caddy; sons, Frank and Salvatore Rios; daughter-in-law, Jenna Smith; grandson, Collin Rios; and her extended Caddy family, Jannean, Deryn, Cayman and Lily. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rios; and parents, Frank and Benedetta "Bertha" Miraglia Guarino. Her family would like to thank all her medical caretakers.
