Sharon Kirkpatrick Segura

Sharon K. Segura, 68, a native of McHenry, Ill. and a resident of Walker, LA passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She will be remembered for her love of crafts, crossword puzzles, 60s and Gospel music, teddy bears and most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children: Dawn Dupuy and husband WM Leroy Dupuy, Jr., Victoria Voiss and husband Kurt, Dana L. Brown, Michael Segura, II, and Chad Segura and wife Candice A. Segura; 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; siblings: Theora Osborne, Shirley King, Richard Kirkpatrick, Donna Anderson, Rodney Donald Kirkpatrick, Karen allen, John Mark Kirkpatrick, Maridel Jibaut, and Earl Kirkpatrick, Jr.; and numerous niece, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Hazel Kirkpatrick; sister Betty Wolf; and brother Robert Kirkpatrick. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Friday, March 16, 2012 from 5pm until 9pm and continuing on Saturday, march 17, 2012 from 9am until time of services at 10am. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Leroy Dupuy, Jr., William Dupuy, III, Randall Alex Brown, Dane Peake, Charles “Chuck” Guidry, Jr., and Kurt Voiss.
