

Wilhelmina “Mina” Reynolds, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother, went to be with her Lord on Monday, June 13, 2016 at the age of 81. She loved her hometown of Meridian, MS and was a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, LA. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family, and was an active member of Church of the Way, Presbyterian. She was a longtime office manager at the Pediatric Clinic. Mina is survived by her children, Jovonna “Jo” Banta, James “Jim” Caffarel, Joseph “Vic” Caffarel and wife, Holly; step-daughter, Kathy Polito and husband, Anthony; grandchildren, Denny Banta, Misty Breaux, Tami Kates, Tiffany Duplessis, Chris Caffarel, Aaron Caffarel, Conner Caffarel, and Matthew Polito; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Faye Dedon and husband, Gayle, and John Taylor and wife, Pat; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husbands, J. V. Caffarel, Jr. and Robert Reynolds; and her parents, James and Anita Taylor. Visitation will be held at Church of the Way, Presbyterian, 255 S. Foster Drive, on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at Church of the Way, Presbyterian on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 10 a.m. until Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
