A retired accountant and a resident of Baton Rouge, he died at 1:45 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, 2008, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Mid city. He was 88, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and a native of Gramercy. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Sunday, Oct. 26, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting continues at the funeral home chapel on Monday, Oct. 27, from 8 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. He is survived by a sister, Elaine Gaudet; niece and her husband, Beverly and Richard DiGerolamo; two nephews and their wives, Dr. Dale and Charlene Pollet and Bobby and Shirley Rouillier; and other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Osbourne Rouillier; parents, sisters and brothers.
