As a child Allen was always happy and that never changed. Anyone who met him can agree with that. Allen had the biggest heart and the most contagious, bright smile and laugh. He was compassionate and had an unwavering passion for his family. He was a protector of his niece and nephews. His goofy sense of humor was the life of the party. Allen dedicated a lot of his time to his O’Neals family. He loved catering and was a talented chef.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosa Alma Vasquez and Jose Oscar Vasquez. He is survived by his sister Linda Vasquez; brother Oscar Vasquez and sister-in-law Alicia Vasquez; niece and nephews Oscar, Jocelyn, Julian and Owen; countless relatives from the Vasquez and Reyes
family; as well as his O’Neal’s family.
We will forever carry your memory in our hearts. Go rest high dear brother.
A visitation for Allen will be held Friday, March 15, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX 77521, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
