Amalia Rodriguez

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Maria Longoria; loving husband of 44 years, Miguel ""Mike"" Rodriguez, Sr.; siblings, Catalina Gonzalez, Salvador Longoria, and Jose Maria Longoria; and grandson, Eric Saul Soliz. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Rosie Soliz and Miguel ""Mike"", Jr. and Elma Rodriguez and daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Danny Ochoa, all of Baytown; brothers, Javier Longoria of Texas City; sisters and brother-in-law, Julieta and Pedro Elizondo of Texas City and Odilia Lerma of Uvalde; grandchildren, Marcie Tenison, Mark Soliz, Joey Soliz, Veronica Cozby, Nicholas Herrera, Miguel ""Michael"" Rodriguez III, and David Ryan Rodriguez; and 15 great grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church, 800 W. Baker Rd., Baytown, TX 77521, with Rev. Terence Brinkman officiating. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Cedarcrest Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons.
