Andrew DeLeon

He was born November 30, 1959 in Baytown to Arturo DeLeon and Margarita Martinez DeLeon, lived in Baytown most of his life and graduated from Lee High School. Among his life's enjoyments were fishing, singing, cooking, dancing and animals. Andrew was probably best known for his handyman work.

He was preceded in death by his father. Mr. DeLeon is survived by his mother, Margarita G. DeLeon of Baytown; children, Andrew DeLeon, Jr., Larissa DeLeon, Jaime DeLeon and Roy DeLeon all of Houston; brothers, Arthur Edward DeLeon, Jr. of Baytown and Alex DeLeon of Houston; sisters, Teresa Rocha and her husband Richard, Anna Maria DeLeon and Elisa Rose DeLeon all of Baytown; grandchildren, Ariyana Rose Brecheen and Jakob Deleon both of Houston and his former wife, Gloria Peveto of San Antonio.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at the Navarre Funeral Home.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Baytown.
