Charles Cravey, Jr.

Charles Cravey, Jr., 85, of Baytown, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 in Baytown. He was born May 6, 1926 in San Jacinto County, to his late parents, Charles Cravey, Sr. and Everlena Vickery Cravey.

Mr. Cravey had lived in Baytown since 1949, was a member of Harvest Temple Ministries, a retired welder from Local #211 and a U. S. Navy Veteran. Some of his favorite activities were woodworking, hunting, fishing and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Charles Terry Cravey and his sister, Ruth Siercovich.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline Cravey of Baytown; daughter, Charlene Flynn and her husband Rev. Orin Flynn of Baytown; grandchildren, Esther Reeder and her husband Matthew and Jared Flynn and his wife Jennifer and several nieces.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Harvest Temple Ministries with Rev. Orin Flynn and Rev. Bill Atchison officiating. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Restland Memorial Park in Livingston.
