

Claudine “Nanny” Elledge, 66, of Baytown, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2007 at her residence. She was born November 13, 1940 in Drake, Oklahoma to her late Parents: Emmitt D. Davis and Evie Lee Kirby Davis. She was married on August 30, 1958 to husband, Randell Elledge and was happily married for over 48 years. Mrs. Elledge was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved watching her grandchildren play baseball, was a great cook, had lots of adoptive grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was a mom to everyone.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Baytown. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at the Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Kevin Kleinhenz officiating. Burial will follow at the White Cemetery in Highlands.
Honoring the family as pallbearers will be: Jammie Moody, Allen Elledge, Bobby Elledge, Mark Elledge, Tommy Elledge and Kenny Elledge. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Moody, Barry Moody and D. J. Hendrix.
She is survived by: Husband: Randell Elledge; Children: Randy Elledge and Tina Sjolander, Ricky Elledge, and Sandy Schimming and her husband Alan; Daughter-in-law: Lori Elledge; Grandchildren: Shawn Schimming, Kristi Schimming, Jerry Elledge, Rachel Elledge and Megan Beal; Sisters: Jackie Dutra and her husband Clarence, Ann Thompson, Joyce Fisher and Patsy Buzzard and her husband Jerry; Brother: Ted Davis and his wife Carla; Brothers-in-law: Dewey Elledge and his wife Sandy, Robert Elledge and his wife Larue and Kenneth Elledge; Sisters-in-law: Jane Brock & husband Jim, Dona Elledge, Laura Elledge, Elaine Chavers and Linnie Elledge; Special Friend: Jimmie Nelson and Numerous Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by: Parents: Emmitt D. Davis and Evie Lee Kirby Davis; Sister: Wanda Lambert; Brother: Billy Davis and Brothers-in-law: Don Elledge and James Elledge.
