Dear Jim and Eve,  
   My struggle over what to say is nothing compared to your great loss. Hopefully these few scriptures will comfort you during your times of reflection.
Phil 4:7 and the peace of God, which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts & minds thru Christ Jesus.
Isa 26:3 thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee because he trusts in thee.
Rom 8:18 for I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
1 Pet 1:3-9 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ which according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. 
  To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that fades not away, reserved in heaven for you. being kept by the power of God thru faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein you greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, you are in heaviness thru manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.
 Whom having not seen, you love; in whom, though now you see Him not, yet believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
1 Cor 15: 55-58 Death has been swallowed up in victory. Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting? Now the sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory thru our Lord Jesus Christ! Therefore, my dear brothers be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the Lord's work, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
* I pray that your joy may be full and that all things that work for the good to those who love the Lord will be your daily blessing.

I am in utter shock and have no words. Clint and I met years ago when he began to work on our bikes (Jason and mine), and he bought my husband's Camaro, and was known to my kids as "the sweet tart man" by my kids as he always brought them candy...I am in total shock. Fly high my friend - love you 💔😭

My buddy Clint,
So many stories, laughs and good times. 2000 Characters isn’t enough for you my friend! I will truly miss you and your ability to make people laugh! 
I almost got you and Jamie in Vegas, which would have been my one to your many pranks. 
I admired your zeal for life no matter what others thought.  You spoke your mind regardless. 
I’ll remember your pic in the Chronicle stranding up for your beliefs. You challenged others ignorance when you felt you were right.  I’ll remember the rides laughing and cutting up.

One thing I do know, the SS Camaro won’t need as much maintenance in Heaven and God will be entertained!

I remember meeting him in 1996, we were both working for Albertsons. He came flying in to the parking lot in his truck blaring 2Pac , EasyE, or something like that. I said to myself "who is this crazy kid?!" Never would I thought. At that time was what I called our growing "pain in the rear" years as youngsters. Especially to our parents. We became close and shared a ton of good times. Family functions, dinners, hanging out with friends. It seemed our own small circles of friends would be one big circle. Some of those friends even got married years later. I will always cherish those memories. We lost contact over the past several years , but I am so very happy he was so blessed to have a wonderful life, beautiful wife and loving family and friends.       

To Jim, Eve, Shane and family my prayers are with you in healing and strength. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of his and your life.       
To Clint, you will be missed but never forgotten. Ride fast you crazy kid!!

I will miss Clint’s wit and his positive outlook. I will also dearly miss our phone conversations and many text messages.  He never forgot my birthday or to wish me a Happy’s Mother’s Day or just to call and check on me and uncle Terrell.  💔

Like true brothers,  Clint and Shane always had a competitive bond.  That bond they have will never fade. 

Clint always had a way with not just people,  but animals.  This gentle side of him was rarely seen,  but when he was around animals,  both big and small, Clint became an animal whisperer.  He loved his fur family and we will miss his kind and gentle presence that we were blessed to witness.

Clint was quite the character. I met Clint through the Bike Barn weekend rides and his work at the Bike Barn. He was always agitated riding a bicycle… always wanting to go faster… which I think was Clint’s way… going faster. He was chatty and brought a lot of personality to the group. I looked forward riding with him. Fast forward a few years, and next thing you know I’ve purchased a motorcycle from him. He too liked motorcycles so we talked often about those. Clint was very inquisitive… and one day surprised me and asked if I went to Church, if I was a believer. I said I was a Christian. He would ask me questions, some I could answer some I could not. I was honored to pray for him when he asked. Many knew he battled diabetes and we sometimes saw his struggles on a bike ride.  Today we continue to lift up his family and friends. I’m lucky that I can hop on my bicycle or motorcycle and remember Clint. For Clint and I, we found a common connection through cycling. It was a way to exercise our bodies and our minds. I think he would like everyone to get out on a bicycle or motorcycle and enjoy the ride. He will be missed by many, but certainly not forgotten. Now, maybe he can slow down… a little… maybe. Sending our prayers and blessings.

Eve and Jim, our hearts are breaking for you. We are so sorry for your tremendous loss. You are among the sweetest people we have ever known. We are blessed to have you as treasured friends. If we can do anything for you, all you have to do is call and we’ll be there! Unfortunately, we know how hard it is to lose a child. So, we are here for you, to listen, lend a shoulder for you to cry on, give you a big hug, help with any tasks you need to be done at home, run errands for you, anything you need at all! We are praying for God to provide you with all the strength, comfort, courage and grace you need to get through the difficult days ahead. When you shed a tear for Clint, remember he is worth every one of your tears! We pray that eventually all those tears are replaced with the beautiful memories you shared with your precious son. We love you both, sweet friends! ♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏

At Clinton's Uncle Cy and Aunt Carolyn's 50th wedding anniversary.

I remember sitting with Clinton and Shane when I was a teenager. I enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with my young cousins. I remember for awhile there they would only eat ham and mayo sandwiches! I will miss my cousin Clinton terribly.  I loved his winning, welcoming smile, with a teasing twist at the edge of his grin. Always wondered what was next with him! I enjoyed his jokes. I loved his hugs and am so glad I saw him the week before his passing, though it was in difficult circumstances, he still encouraged me with his big smile and comforting hug. I remember once him writing me more than a year back when he had some health struggles, that he was glad he knew his God and that he needed the Lord more than ever in that situation.  Well, Clinton, I am glad I know our God, also, and I need the Lord Jesus' comforting Spirit with me now.  He is our God, whose peace passes all understanding.  Oh , Lord imbue me with that peace. Amen.

Man…I’m heartbroken… Clint was always my white Chris Tucker… For years I called him Smokey!  He was always a good friend, and will be missed.  

Our deepest condolences to the family and everyone affected by this heartbreaking loss. Clint was a fantastic individual and fun to be around, I shared the road while riding bikes many years.
RIP champ, we will miss/love you brother!
