She is survived by her husband James T. Parsons, Jr., two sons, Michael Nathaniel Parsons and Robert Kelly Parsons, grandchildren, Landon, Rebecca, Caleb and Alex, her mother, Mary L. Hoofard, two brothers, Joel and Jeffry Hoofard, a sister, Carolyn Vestal, her mother-in-law, Dorothy Parsons, brothers-in-law, Walter Parsons and wife Beverly, and Dr. Joe Parsons, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. She was a longtime associate of Sears where she was always welcomed by the friends and family of Sears.
