Della Mae Wigley

The Lord called Della Mae Wigley, 82, to eternal rest on Tuesday, November 26, 2013. She was born April 29, 1931, in Houston, Texas to Ernest and Hazel Riley. Della grew up in Galena Park and later attended the American High School in Buenos Aires, Argentina her senior year and graduated in 1949. She worked at Ethyl Corporation and later worked in the Channelview School District retiring as the Secretary to the Principal at Channelview High School.

Della was preceded in death by her husband Selvan Alton Wigley, Jr. Della leaves behind to grieve her absence on this earth, her son, Selvan Alton ""Van"" Wigley, III and his son and daughter Sean and Sarah Latif; and daughter, Sedella Wigley-Morgan, her husband J. Christopher Morgan; two grandsons Ian Riley Morgan and Patrick Vanriley Morgan; her brother Buddy Riley and his family.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 29, 2013 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the funeral home with Rev. John Brady officiating.
