Don Brewer

Don Brewer, 71, of Baytown, TX was born August 15, 1933 in Goose Creek and passed away Monday, August 8, 2005 in a Houston hospital. He was a longtime member of Memorial Baptist Church and retired from Lyondell Petrochemical Company. He was an avid fisherman and a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday, August 12, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the chapel of Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Charles Scarborough, Henry Adair, Tom Gentry, Gary Armer, Charlie Fulton, and Harold Barber Jr.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lucille Brewer and is survived by his wife of 49 years, Janet Brewer of Baytown; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Lori Brewer of Pearland; daughter and son-in-law, Jana and Eric Stave of Folsom, CA; brother and sister-in0-law, Gene and Susan Brewer of Baytown; 4 grandchildren: and 2 great grandchildren.
