Dr. Jeremy Urban, M. D.

Dr. Jeremy Urban, M.D., 28, of The Woodlands, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2006. He was born July 23, 1978 in Baytown. He was the beloved and beautiful son of Tim and Susan Urban. He graduated in 1996 from Deer Park High School. He was a member of The Honor Society and a Charter Member of Texas Scholars. He graduated from A&M Magna Cum Laude in 1999 with a Bio-Chemistry Degree. He later worked at Baylor Research in Houston on the Human Genome Sequencing. In 2005, he graduated from UT Medical School in San Antonio. He was in his second year at Family Practice Residence Conroe Medical Center, affiliated with Lone Star Family Health. At his request, he was an organ donor and his remains will be cremated.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Nell Urban, Tom and Gloria Bruyere; cousin, Leo Goodman; uncle, Ralph Goodman.

He is survived by his parents, Tim and Susan Urban; aunts and uncles, Sharon Rivers, Luther Rivers, Jeannine Woods, Lynn and Jim Hale, Patty and Jerry Kaliszewski; cousins, Autumn Daughtrey, Jason Woods, Karen Parker, Diana Hoover, Craig Goodman, Gregory Goodman, Forest Goodman, Ellen Stewart, Gerald Kaliszewski, Kevin Kaliszewski; many grand nieces and nephews; and many friends who were his “brothers”.

The family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home.
