He was a 2009 graduate of Barbers Hill High school and was attending night school at Lee College for instrument tech at the time of his death. He was employed by Bill Speer and Grey's Utilities.
In his free time he enjoyed riding four-wheelers at Hwy 90, hunting, and fishing with his buddies and his dog Daisy. He also had a passion of restoring old trucks with his dad. Spending time with his family was very dear to his heart. He always had the biggest smile and could make anyone laugh.
He was a very giving person so much so as a registered organ donor his family honored his request and donated his organs to save the lives of others.
Dustin will be sadly missed by his Mother and Father, Tanya and Gene Sandefur, his sisters Amber Sanders and Brittaney Sandefur, his brother-in-law Jared Sanders. Also mourning his loss are his grandparents, Florine Dommert Sandefur of Crowley, La, Roger and Glenda Cleveland of Roymar, TX , Lacy and Shirley Lee of Livingston, TX, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Leaving behind to mourn and carry on his memory are his many, many friends whose lives he has touched, as all would agree ""He never met a stranger"".
The Family will receive friends from 6-8pm Thursday, October 28th at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be at 10am Friday, October 29th at Mont Belvieu Assembly of God with Pastor Jake Porter officiating. Burial will be at Forest Park East, League City, Texas at 2pm.
