Erma was born to J.Y. and Bertha Lee Powell in Moonshine Hill, TX.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Andrew Dillard; 3 sisters, and 1 brother.
She is survived by her children, Brenda and Lee Burton of Carthage, TX, Judy Parsons of Winnie, TX, Shelia Dillard of Baytown, TX, Roy and Shirley Dillard of Old River-Winfree, TX, Becky and Jerry Johnson of Old River-Winfree, TX, Donna Dillard of Old River-Winfree, Ricky and Traci Dillard of Old River-Winfree, and Randy and Lupe(Lulu) Dillard of Old River-Winfree, TX; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
