

Eula Lee Cox, 96, of Allen, Texas, formerly of Baytown, was born May 8, 1916, in Huntsville, Texas, and passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013, at a nursing facility in Allen, Texas. She attended Lee College, retired from Exxon-Mobil, and was a long time member of Memorial Baptist Church in Baytown. She was a lifetime member of Eastern Star and long time member of Beta Sigma Phi. After retiring, one of her greatest pleasures was traveling the world.
She was preceded in death by her parents Perry and Jennie Edwards; husbands, L.G. Calk and Wilson Cox; brothers, Grady, Marvin, and Otis Edwards, sister, Gertie Pegoda; and granddaughter, Ashlee Calk. She is survived by son, Rod Calk and wife Robyn of McKinney, Texas; granddaughter, Michael Lynn and husband Michael Holmberg of Richardson, Texas; niece, Myra Barnes of Anchorage, Alaska; nephew, Larry Edwards, wife Shirley, and children of Baytown; great-nephew, Brandon and wife Elizabeth Barnes of Anchorage, Alaska; and great- niece, Jolie Barnes, of Houston, Texas.
Burial will be Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Hill of Rest Cemetery.
