She was preceded in death by her husband, John Paul Urban, Sr.; daughter, Teresa Urban Mosier; daughter-in-law, Lisa Hood Urban; and parents, Claude and Florence Broyles. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Buddy and Donna Urban, John and Christine Urban, and Michael and Carolyn Urban; son-in-law, Marty Mosier; sisters, Ruth Marie Wyatt, Sarah Irene Crawford, and Betty Jean Harper; grandchildren and their spouses, Heather and Brandon Louvier, Ashley and Blake Coburn, Keith and Mary Mosier, Shannon Mosier, John Paul and Lauren Urban, Matthew Urban, Trey, James, Erin, and Kelly Brasseaux, Brad and Citrine Urban, Andrew Urban, Kaci and Dennis Johnson, and Kristin Abshier; and great grandchildren, Anniston and Adley Louvier, Brayden and Tristyn Coburn, and Nicholas, Nathan, and Olivia Mosier.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1907 Carolina St., Baytown, TX 77520 with Rev. Fred O'Connor officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Highlands.

Serving as pallbearers will be John Paul Urban III, Matthew Urban, Keith Mosier, Andrew Urban, Brad Urban, Brandon Louvier, and Blake Coburn.

Her family would like to say a special ""thank you"" to her caregivers Rose Wynne and Margarita Faz for the special care that they provided to their mom.
