Humberto Fuentes

Humberto Fuentes, 88, of Baytown, passed away May 6, 2025. He was born in S.L.P. Mexico on March 24, 1937 to Cesario Fuentes and Paula Bernal. Humberto worked hard in the Industrial Refineries for Brown & Root, KBR and John Brown. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, and enjoyed going to the beach with his family on Sundays to barbecue. He loved playing pool and drinking his Miller Lite.

He was preceded in death by his father Cesario Fuentes, his mother Paula Bernal, his grandson Thomas Mendoza Jr. Brothers Marcos, Baltazar, Ciriaco and Candelario Fuentes. His sisters Antonia, Victoria and Nicolasa Fuentes.

He is survived by his wife, Andrea Fuentes; his daughter, Tina Martinez and husband Alfredo and children Jeanette, Jazmine and Joseph Ibarra; son, Pablo Fuentes and wife Yolanda and children Pablo Luis, Pablo Jr, Jose Humberto, Marisol, Alex and Gisselle Fuentes; son, Cirilo Fuentes and wife Esperanza and children Bianca, Jennifer, Reynaldo, Jasmin, Anthony, Angel, Laura and Isaac Fuentes; daughter, Elida and husband Alex Molina and children Alex and Isaac Molina, numerous great-grandchildren; and by brother, Juan Fuentes.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm, Friday, May 9, 2025, with a rosary service to begin at 7 pm, at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX 77521. Funeral service will be at 12 pm, Saturday, Mary 10, 2015, at Navarre Funeral Home Chapel. Committal will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521.
