Irma Gonzalez

Irma fue una inspiración para sus tres hijas y fue la columna vertebral de la familia. Trabajaba duro y, junto con el amor de su vida, se aseguró de que sus hijas recibieran una educación. Luchó hasta el último día de su vida por ver a su familia unida y feliz. Disfrutó su tiempo al aire libre en su jardín, especialmente con las rosas. Le encantaba estar en el salón de su hija, Yara's Boutique and Salon, conversando con todos los clientes. Cocinó excelente comida para familiares, amigos y clientes del salón para ocasiones especiales. Asistió a numerosas reuniones sociales con sus seres queridos y creó hermosos recuerdos.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Juventino y Florencia González; hermana María Ramírez; hermana Minerva González; hermana Gloria González y hermano Jesús González.

Le sobreviven su esposo, Delfino Valencia; hija Minerva Davila y yerno Jaime Davila; hija Karina Valencia; hija Yara Cardenas y yerno Juan-Carlos Cardenas; nietos April y John Paul Davila; y numerosos hermanos y hermanas.

La familia recibirá visitas de amigos el sábado 25 de marzo de 2023 de 9:00 a. m. a 10:30 a. m. en Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX 77521. Después de la visita se llevará a cabo una misa fúnebre a las 11:00 a. m. en la Iglesia Católica Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1124 Beech St, Baytown, TX 77520. El entierro se llevará a cabo en el cementerio Earthman Memory Gardens, 8624 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521.

Irma Gonzalez, 70, of Baytown, TX passed away 3/19/2023. She was born in Mexico on 12/25/1952 to Juventino and Florencia Gonzalez.

Irma was an inspiration to her three daughters and was the backbone of the family. She was hard working and together, with the love of her life, ensured her daughters received an education. She fought until the last day of her life to see her family united and happy. She enjoyed her time outside in her garden especially with the roses. She loved being at her daughter’s salon, Yara’s Boutique and Salon, conversing with all of the clients. She cooked excellent food for family, friends and salon clients for special occasions. She attended numerous social gatherings with her loved ones and made beautiful memories.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juventino and Florencia Gonzalez; sister Maria Ramirez; sister Minerva Gonzalez; sister Gloria Gonzalez and brother Jesus Gonzalez.

She is survived by her husband, Delfino Valencia; daughter Minerva Davila and son-in-law Jaime Davila; daughter Karina Valencia; daughter Yara Cardenas and son-in-law Juan-Carlos Cardenas; grandchildren April and John Paul Davila; and numerous brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends for visitation Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX 77521. A funeral mass will take place following visitation at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1124 Beech St, Baytown, TX 77520. Burial will take place in Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521.
