From pool to darts, poker and many laughs - you will forever be the first thing we remember when approaching PBI. We actually drank a bud light in a CAN  in memory of you. That was gross by the way. We will miss your smile and wife beater shirts... we'll miss seeing you play pool while Marci is with us playing darts...but you'll be there too I'm sure. Thanks for being you and welcoming us to the hood...we really think the world of you. 

I met Ricky in a very hard time in my life.  We were both facing some of the same demons. Instantly we bonded and connected. We had some great times in our life. And he never judge me or left me. He showed me that I was worth being loved. And what a true friend is. We spent many yrs together, many dreams together. Over the yrs our lives changed and went different ways. But he would always let me know he was still there.  And that he never forgot about me. So now I will do just that as well. Ricky will always be in my heart and remembered. I know now he is in peace. Until we meet again my friend. 

Ricky,, You were always a delight to be around.  We always had a great time playing pool and hanging out. You will be dearly missed. Still a shock that you are gone.  Prayers and hugs for all of your family. A life gone way to short.

I still keep thinking this is just a bad dream and we will all wake up and things will be how they are suppose to be . Thank you for sharing 12 years with Shelby and I . You have been my best friend and we always knew what the other one needed without saying a word. I don't know how not to love or miss you . Ricky was one of my best friends.  We ran around alot together before he went off to the service. He had a smile you could not forget and a heart of gold.  
He was one of a kind and i will truely miss him. 

I only had 14 years with you in my life.  You and J were living together when I came along and you welcomed me with open arms and an open heart.  You were there for me through some really hard times.  You taught me so much whether you knew it or not.  I pray you knew J’s love for you.  There are no words to express it but he did a pretty good job of it.  As everyone has said, your heart was just unbelievably full of love to give and boy did you give it.  Please watch over Brock and Andi....you were their "Uncle" Ricky and they sure love you and those $2 dollar bills in sequential order I may add.  Those will now be framed with pictures and treasured forever.  Andi already said Uncle Ricky told me these were super valuable and made me promise to never ever spend them and to keep them forever and I know they are priceless and probably going to be worth millions one day. lol  Her adoration for you is more than you probably ever knew.  Please watch over her.  Help keep her safe.  Make sure when she starts dating that you are there in spirit.  I honestly envisioned you, J and Jon greeting her first date and making him understand what a precious girl he was taking out and how she better return the way she left. lol  Our hearts hurt so much but I keep listening to When I get where I'm going by Brad Paisley.  I can almost hear you singing it.  When I get where I'm going, There'll be only happy tears, I will shed the sins and struggles I have carried all these years, And I'll leave my heart wide open, I will love and have no fear, when I get where I'm going, Don't cry for me down here.  We smile when we think of the part that says But when I get where I'm going, And I see my Maker's face, I'll stand forever in the light Of His amazing grace.  We know you accepted the Lord and have faith that you are experiencing what we all long to see when our time comes.  You left footprints on our hearts forever. Ricky 
My freind, my brother and partner in crime a lot of the time. I will tell stories about you and me to my boys “when they get old enough that is” and I will thank of you every time Skid Row comes on the radio. I will never forget spending days and days during the summers in the river bottoms hunting, fishing and just doing stupid stuff kids do. Or trip to Arkansas in Cliffords moms minivan and you going rodeoing with me. You will be missed and stories will be told until we meet again 


Ricky was a great hearted guy...I was lucky to have known him...we went to school together and we're good buddy's... he'll be missed

Ricky and i have been best friends for 30+ years . we lived together for a couple years and have been through a lot together. we have laughed together and cried together more times than i can count.he always told me i was his big brother he never had. sometimes that role was more challenging than i ever expected lol. some of our stories we agreed would go to our graves without ever taking about again lol. I always admired Ricky's big heart . i always told him when he loved someone or something it was amazing how hard he loved. It consumed him with the deepest passion and devotion.
He always had the biggest heart for kids. My son Brock and  daughter Andi thought he hung the moon. when i had to tell my baby girl of his passing i don't think my heart has ever been ripped out like that. i still have not come to terms with all of this and i may never will.
Rick called me last year so excited to tell me he got saved by god and he turned his heart and life over to Jesus.
I told how proud i was of him for it,
I will see you on the other side my brother and i will pray you will meet me at the gate to welcome me in.

Lil Ricky, you was a great little brother. No matter what or where we was in life,  we always remained close. You have always been and always will be my lil bubba. Until we meet again, Rest easy and Fly high. 

Ricky you were an amazing person and we are ever so grateful to have had you apart of our life.  Couldn't have asked to have a better person around us or our daughters they adored you.   You are truly missed we love you.  Keep riding and watching over everyone until we see you again.  We love you.
