Janice was a retired sociologist for the State of Texas. She received her degree from Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas. She was an accomplished artist and also was Flutist. Janice was valedictorian of her Barbers Hill Senior Class. She was dearly loved by her nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Janice was preceded in death by her father in 1996. She is survived by her mother, Julia Alma Williams of Cove; husband, Robert of Humble, TX, and sisters, Carolyn Joan Winslow and husband Gerald of Pasadena, TX and Sheila Eloys Peck and husband Jim of Kerrville, TX.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 22, 2007 from 5-7 P.M. at Navarre Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday at Navarre Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Don D. Pullen. Cremation will follow.
