Joseph B. ""Joe"" Donnelly, 79, of Baytown was born December 2, 1936, in Baytown and passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016, in Baytown surrounded by his loving family. He was member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Old River Masonic Lodge #1442, Baytown Shrine Club, Baytown Optimist Club, and Baytown/Highlands Go Texans Committee.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph B. Donnelly Sr. and Thelma Bays Donnelly and sister, Ann Bailey. He is survived by his wife, Janice Donnelly; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Genny Donnelly and Mike and Evonne Donnelly; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Bill Whigham and Lisa and James Lane; grandchildren, LeahAnne, Stephen, Travis, Heather, Hunter, Hannah, Cody, Clint, Gary, Brittney, and Janee'; and 10 great grandchildren.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Saturday, April 23, 2016, beginning at 1:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Stephen Donnelly, Travis Whigham, Hunter Donnelly, Cody Lane, Clint Lane, Gary Sutch, A. J. Padilla, Michael Sawyer, and Tommy Surles. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Goose Greek BBQ Team.
