Kathryn Anne Tobolka

Kathryn (Kathy) Anne Ottinger Tobolka, 63, went to be with the Lord on August 28, 2017. She was born on August 11, 1954, in Knoxville Tennessee. She moved to Baytown when she was 5 and attended Robert E. Lee High School.

Kathy’s greatest joys in life were her Lord, her family and many dozens of children. No matter where she was, kids always caught her attention.

Over the years she has been called: Wife, Mom, Nonnie, Momma Kathy and friend. She was a giving spirit and loved by all who met her. She loved to cross-stitch, crochet, scrapbook and the last hobby she picked up was adult coloring. She was a perfectionist in all that she did.

Kathy is survived by her husband James Edward Tobolka II (Jimmy), daughter & son-in-law Nichole & Daniel Decker of Mont Belvieu, daughter Becki Tobolka of Spicewood, grandchildren Krysta McDowell, Dustin Deason and Tyler Decker.

She was preceeded in death by her parents Gladys Cody Justice Ottinger, William Hubert Ottinger and Sidney Mosher, Sr (step father).

A memorial service will be Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2 pm at Navarre Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the West Chambers Co Food Bank C/O First United Methodist Church 10629 Eagle Dr., Mt. Belvieu.
