Kenneth Joseph Bartkowiak

Kenneth was a man of deep faith, a devoted husband, and a loving father. He will be deeply missed and always remembered for his kind soul, his willingness to lend a helping hand whenever he could, and his unwavering love for family and friends. After more than 40 years in the petrochemical industry, he retired, cherishing the many friendships he made along the way. He enjoyed his days gardening, fishing, traveling, camping, cooking, and watching the Houston Astros. He loved woodworking and made several pieces to give to others, was known for his warm sense of humor, and always had a “dad joke” to share.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Carolyn Bartkowiak; grandparents Ike and Sophia Bartkowiak; grandparents Martin and Pearl Meleski. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Marilyn Whiddon Bartkowiak; sons Jason Bartkowiak, Michael Bartkowiak and Darrell Bartkowiak; brother David Bartkowiak and wife Patricia; sister Donna Pryor.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 17th, 2025, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM with a Rosary at 6:30PM at Navarre Funeral Home. A mass of resurrection will be at 10:00am Monday, August 18th, 2025, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 3515 Trinity Drive, Mont Belvieu, Texas 77580. Interment will follow at Earthman Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
