Lena Jane ""Jean Myers

Lena Jane ""Jean"" Myers went to be with our Lord and Savior on December 3, 2011 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was born in Evangeline, Louisiana on May 20, 1932 to Robert and Alphonsenne Sittig.

At the early age of 16, she married the love of her life, Earl Myers. Jean is survived by her loving husband, Earl; children, Deborah and Ron Humlicek, Dewanna and Bruce Warner, Robert E. and Kelly Myers; grand children, Robert Humlicek, Kelly Rogers, John Warner, Jeff Warner, Laura Daigle, and Rachel Myers; great grand children, Celeste Rogers, Morgan Harvey, Brooke and Katelyn Humlicek, Jadyn, Jacob, and Mason Warner; 6 sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday, December 5, 2011 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the Navarre Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Clements officiating.

The family would like to thank their family at Second Baptist-Baytown for all their love and support. A special thanks to caregiver Margarita Fontenelle.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shut-In Ministry at Second Baptist-Baytown or to the Alzheimer's Association.
