Linda Sue Jones

Linda Sue Jones passed away in Baytown Wednesday afternoon April 6, 2005 at home with her family. She was born November 10, 1944 in Jasper, Texas to Robert and Hazel Perkins. She was a Librarian at Sterling Municipal Library, a member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, an active member of the choir, a member of the Texas Library Assoc., and was always helping with PTA and Boy Scouts.

She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Bonner Jones Jr. of Baytown, son, Bonner Jones III and wife Erin of Baytown, daughters & son-in-law, Kimberly Jones of Baytown, Kerri & Ray Hebert of Baytown, sisters & brother-in-law, Lucille Ely of Oklahoma, Betty & Milton Berry of China, Tx., brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Jackie Perkins of Nebraska, grandchildren, Jacob Jones, Jessica Hebert, Jenna Hebert, and Ethan Jones.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, 10:00 am at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Proctor officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-8 pm at Navarre Funeral Home.
