Maria Salcedo Guerra, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. Maria was born on March 3, 1934, in La Manzanilla de la Paz Jalisco, to parents Alberto Salcedo and Magdalena Diaz. Maria was married to Jesus Guerra for 35 years.
Maria was preceded in death by her husband Jesus, two sons, and her parents. She is survived by six sons, grandsons, two sisters, and many other family members.
Maria was a loving mother and spent her time raising her six boys. Family was most important to Maria. She loved cooking for her family and spending time with them. She often enjoyed outings to the park or the mall for shopping. She was a woman of strong faith. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Baytown, Texas. Maria never passed on the opportunity to attend church services and church functions. She loved the Lord and raised her family in a christian home.
