Born in Baytown, Texas on October 14, 1983, Mary was a kind, outgoing spirit who brought joy to those around her, throughout her life. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, wife, teacher and friend. A talented artist, Mary, earned her degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Houston and went on to teach Graphic Design at the Dr. Kirk Lewis Career and Technical High School in Pasadena, Texas, for over a decade. Mary’s children, Hannah and Ethan, were her greatest joys. Their home was full of laughter, inside jokes and silly stories. She and her husband, Chris, loved movie nights and game nights at home with their kids above all else. Mary was known for her flair for holiday decorating and her innate ability to pick the perfect gift for her loved ones for every occasion.
Mary wore her heart on her sleeve and was loyal and true to her many friends and family. She was funny, smart, tenacious and had a listening ear for anyone who needed it. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and leaves a legacy of kindness and love that serves as an inspiration for us all.
