

Ronald Bruce Ford, 53, of Mont Belvieu, Texas, became another one of God’s angels on November 17th. He died Saturday in a Baytown hospital after a long battle with kidney disease. Ronnie was born October 20, 1954, in Baytown to William “Bill” Ford and Ola Ford. He was retired from Exxon Mobil after 29 years of service as an instrument technician in Oil Movements. Ronnie loved to fish and play dominoes. He was of the Church of Christ faith. He married Trenda Lee McKinney on June, 2, 1979.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, William Leonard Ford. Survivors include: his wife of 28 years, Trenda Lee Ford, of Mont Belvieu, Texas, daughter, McKinsey Ann Ford, of College Station, Texas, mother, Ola Mae Wood, and husband, Curtis, of Baytown, brother, Len Ford, of Montana, brother, Jamie Ford, of Kentucky, niece, Jessica Ford, of Hawaii, mother in-law, Peggy Ann McKinney Fregia, and husband, Vernon, of College Station, Texas. He also had numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 19, 2007, at 3 p.m. at Fairlawn Memorial Park in Liberty. Mr. Bill Ehlig will officiate. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation or the National Kidney Association.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Dr. Phillip T. Eichelberger and Dr. Mohammad R. Khoshnevis.
