Steve P. Bean

He was born December 17, 1951 in Houston to his late parents, William K. Bean, Sr. and Doris Williams Bean, was a longtime resident of Northshore, lived in the Old River area for the last 23 years and was a retired Lab Technician from Exxon after many years of service.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William K. Bean, Jr. He is survived by a son, Bobby Bean and his wife Priscilla of Hockley, Texas; grandchildren, Chandler, Addison and Ava Bean; sister, Kalene Buffington; nephew, Greg Buffington; and niece, Amy Lorenz.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Norris officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Kubik, Greg Buffington, Richard Bowden, Donny Heron, Jeff Smith and Travis Pring.
