

Tim Stuart, 68, of Baytown was born October 9, 1947, in Houston and passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016, in a local hospital. He was a 1966 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. He attended the University of Texas and graduated from the University of Houston. He was employed by Carboline Industrial Coatings where he was a member of many work related professional organizations. He was especially proud of being a NACE Certified Engineer. Tim was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church. He was an avid drag racer and a member of the NHRA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, A. E. and Jane Stuart and sons, Jeffrey Stuart and Timothy Stuart. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kathy Stuart of Baytown; daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and James Kaminski of Baytown and Melanie and Scott Risko of Kingwood; brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Sharon Stuart of Cameron; grandchildren, Tyler, Lauren, and Sarah Kaminski and Lacey and Timothy Blake Risko; and niece and nephew, Shari and Joe Smitherman of Cameron.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Navarre Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Dr. Richard Kleiman officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be James Kaminski, Scott Risko, Tyler Kaminski, Mike Milstid, Bob Schmidt, and Josh Ivey.
