

Tom was born on August 24, 1940, to Ollie and J.T. Harrington, Sr. in Baytown, Texas. He was a lifetime resident of Baytown, Texas and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1957.
Tom worked over 60 years in the industrial construction industry serving in executive positions for multiple companies. He founded LWL, Inc. in Baytown in 1984, which the family continues to operate.
Tom was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for over 60 years serving as Eucharistic Minister, Finance Committee member, and Auction Chairman. He touched and blessed countless lives through work, community, family, and served on many clubs and committees of numerous organizations including the Kiwanis and Serra clubs. He enjoyed the family lake house on Lake Sam Rayburn, fishing, hunting, traveling, spoiling cats, and spending time with his devoted family.
He was married to the love of his life, Charlene DelHomme Harrington, for more than 61 years. Together they had three beautiful children that they passionately loved and cherished.
Tom is survived by his wife Charlene Harrington, his daughter, Annessia Coffey and husband Jim, son Tommy Harrington and wife Mechele, daughter Renee Copeland and husband Ron, grandchildren Tiffany Fish and husband Matthew, James Coffey, Nathan Copeland and fiancé Maty McClurg, Kathryn Benet and husband Evan, great grandchildren Elijah Fish, Eva Fish, and another great granddaughter on the way. He is also survived by brother-in-law Louis DelHomme, niece Sherri DelHomme Spicer, and family.
A visitation will be held at Navarre Funeral Home in Baytown on Monday, October 4th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm followed by a rosary. A mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Baytown on Tuesday, October 5th at 11:00 am.
