William Buddy Addison

William ""Buddy"" Addison, 91, of Baytown was born September 21, 1920 in Anacoco, LA and passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in a local healthcare facility. He was a U. S. Army WWII veteran and a retired barber at The Trophy Barber Shop. He enjoyed golfing and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Mae Addison; son, Stephen Edward Addison; brothers, George W. Addison, Lester D. Addison, and Huey P. Addison; and sister, Betty Jo Addison. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Eloise Addison and son, Roger Addison, both of Baytown; sister, Joyce McCullough of Hughes Springs; and numerous nieces and nephews.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Graveside services with military honors will be Friday, May 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Beech Grove Cemetery in Anacoco, LA in Vernon Parish with Pastor Jonathan McCullough officiating.

His family would like to say a special ""thank you"" to the staff of the Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Baytown for the wonderful care that was given to him over the last several years.
