Wayne was a longtime member of Meadows Church of Christ on Dishman Road, previously Ridgewood Church of Christ in Beaumont, for 51 years. His strong Faith in God was evident in the life he lived.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, antiques, flowers, and gardening, and took great pride in his yard.
Wayne was a loving husband, dad, and Pops to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was a man of splendid behavior.
Wayne started Bibb’s Construction with his father in 1964 and took great pride in the company. Later, Bibb’s Construction became Century Trucking and Dirt Pit. The people at Mason Construction became more than a business relationship—they became family.
