Cecil L. Crabtree Jr. age 84, passed away at his residence on Monday, August 01, 2011. He was born on September 23, 1926 to Cecil and Annie Crabtree. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Helen Baggett Crabtree. He will also be missed by his daughters Carol Olexa, Cindy Bowers and her husband Jay, Debbie Long and Tony Wimberly, Dianna Kay Harshbarger and husband CW, Karen Theriot, Lori Baggett Pappin and Husband Arnie. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He worked for Dupont for 38 years. Served his country in the Air Force, he was an avid bowler, hunter, and fisherman. A visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 4955 Pine Street , Beaumont, Texas on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm . A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 11 am in the chapel at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment following at Forest Lawn Memorial Park
