Cynthia was born June 15, 1959 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Earl French and Rose Ella Jackson.
Cynthia loved crafting and going to garage sales.
She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Monroe; children, Eric Monroe and wife Christina, Allison Monroe and Marcus Monroe; grandchildren, Braiden and Madisen Monroe; cousins, Belinda Clines, Shawn Bergeron, Michael Barton, Angel Giles; uncle, Charles Barton and numerous other family members and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, August 10, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Services will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
