Etta Virginia Bonin

Etta Virginia Bonin, 93, of Vidor, died Saturday, February 13, 2021 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. A native of Beaumont, Etta has lived in Vidor for 56 years and was a retired Telegraph Operator after 17 years of faithful service with Magnolia Refinery in Beaumont. Etta enjoyed being with her family and friends.

A Celebration of Etta's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the funeral home.

Etta was preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years C.J. Bonin, parents, Bert and Lucille Courts, brother Barney Courts, sister, Margaret Tribes. Etta is survived by her daughter Penny Medley and her husband Gary, grandsons, James Medley and his wife Brooke, and Alan Medley and his wife Brittany, her great granddaughters, Hannah Anderson, Erin Medley, and Hadlee Medley all of Vidor.
