Heather Anne Hooks Arrant, 26, of Newton, Texas, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She was born July 25, 1985 in Beaumont to Rayburn Hooks and Lisa McClelland.
Heather was preceded in death by grandfathers, Rayburn Hooks, Sr. and William Jenkins McClelland. She is survived by her parents; grandmothers, Judy Hooks and Virginia McClelland; husband, Dean Arrant; sons, William Drea Arrant, Walter Dean Arrant II; daughters, Daisy Mae Arrant, Daphney Anne Arrant; sister, Raylin Joan Hooks; and mother in law, Minnie Teal.
Heather was a loving daughter, wife and mother. She loved making jewelry. She will be greatly missed by all who love her.
